The product decision

The capture layer should preserve intent, not become another inbox.

SharetoBoard is designed around explicit destinations, recoverable local capture, and evidence-bound release claims. The job is not to collect everything. It is to preserve useful intent without pretending source completion equals Play availability.

01Capture

Receive selected text, links, quick notes, local recordings, selfies, or imports.

02Protect

Keep Native Capture artifacts encrypted and recoverable on the device.

03Choose

Require an explicit Poppy destination before online routing.

04Prove

Separate source checks from physical, signing, Play, and Store-installed acceptance.

Why it matters

Owned software changes the publication’s evidence standard.

Native sharing

Accept content from the Android share surface and selected-text action instead of forcing manual copy and paste.

Local resilience

Encrypt Native Capture artifacts on device and expose a recoverable Inbox instead of silently discarding interrupted work.

Explicit routing

Choose the target context before delivery rather than creating an unreviewed dumping ground.

Security boundaries

Keep production secrets out of the application package and make data handling claims match the implemented behavior.

Status

Product evidence first. Public launch claims only after the release gates are closed.
