Every participant finishes with a narrowly scoped project, a live or independently testable artifact, a basic architecture record, test evidence, known limitations, and a release decision.

The method
Learn only the tools your project needs.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Poppy, Vercel, Supabase, bots, skills, agents, and MCP are introduced as architectural choices—not a software checklist every beginner must master.
Select the models, tools, data, hosting, integrations, credentials, and human responsibilities.
Create the smallest complete functional loop instead of collecting disconnected demos.
Verify that another person can use it, record what fails, and preserve the evidence.
Review data, permissions, write actions, approvals, costs, disablement, revocation, and rollback.
Demonstrate the project, publish its limits, and decide whether to continue, revise, replace, or stop.
