Beat Split privacy policy
Beat Split is an Android app published by Top AI Tools For. Microphone audio stays on the device as private WAV files. The app does not request the Android INTERNET permission. Backup of app data is off, and export goes only to a destination the user picks.
Who provides the app
Beat Split is a product of Top AI Tools For. This policy covers the Beat Split Android app. Privacy questions go through the Top AI Tools For contact page.
Microphone audio
Beat Split uses the microphone to record audio after the user grants that permission. Recordings are written as private WAV files in the app's private storage. They are not uploaded. Top AI Tools For does not receive the audio, the WAV files, or a copy of them.
The microphone permission can be revoked in Android Settings. Revoking it stops new recordings. Files already saved remain in private storage until the user deletes them or removes the app's data.
No internet permission
The app does not request the Android INTERNET permission, so it cannot open a network connection of its own. It does not send microphone audio, WAV files, or in-app activity to Top AI Tools For or to any other service. There is no account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, or cloud sync.
Backup
Android backup is off for Beat Split's data. Private WAV files are not included in Android backup or automatic device-transfer copies. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes those private files, and there is no cloud copy from the app to restore them.
Export
Export writes a file only to a destination the user picks. Beat Split does not choose that destination and does not upload the audio itself. If the chosen destination is a cloud folder or another app, that destination handles the exported copy under its own terms. The private copy inside Beat Split stays on the device until the user deletes it.
What the app does not collect
Beat Split does not ask for a name, physical address, payment details, contacts, photos, precise location, or an account. It does not sell, rent, or share microphone audio or WAV files. Data is not used for advertising or for decisions about credit, employment, insurance, or housing.
Retention and deletion
Private WAV files remain in the app until the user deletes them, or until Android removes the app's data. Clearing storage or uninstalling Beat Split removes the private copies. An exported file remains at the destination the user picked and has to be deleted there.
Deleting a file removes it from the app. That is not a claim of guaranteed physical erasure from flash storage.
Android and Google Play
Google Play or the chosen installer delivers and updates the app under the user's device settings. Android, Google Play, the device manufacturer, and any destination chosen during export may process their own data under their own policies. Beat Split does not control those services, and this policy does not describe them. The app itself still has no internet permission and does not transmit recordings.
This website
Visiting this page creates an ordinary web request. The hosting provider may process request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. That is separate from Beat Split, which does not connect to this website. See the Top AI Tools For website privacy notice.
Children
Beat Split is a general audio tool and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect children's personal information, and it has no network path that would send recordings to Top AI Tools For.
Changes
Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised effective date. A material change to how Beat Split handles audio would require an app update and an updated policy before that handling begins.
